
Terms and Conditions
Booking & Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
Menu & Dietary Requirements:
Final menu selections must be confirmed 7 days before the event.
La Birizinca is not liable for any allergic reactions or dietary restrictions not disclosed in writing prior to the event.
Delivery & Setup:
All catering orders include setup and basic serving arrangements.
Additional services such as wait staff or specialized decor are subject to separate charges.
Liability:
La Birizinca is not responsible for any loss or damage to property during the event.
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate facilities and utilities for catering services.
Force Majeure:
La Birizinca is not liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
Refund Policy
Deposit Refunds:
Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where La Birizinca is unable to provide the agreed services.
Order Cancellations:
Orders canceled within 14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
Orders canceled within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Service Issues:
If the provided service does not meet the agreed-upon standards, clients must notify La Birizinca within 24 hours of the event to resolve any disputes.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
