Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

  2. Menu & Dietary Requirements:

    • Final menu selections must be confirmed 7 days before the event.

    • La Birizinca is not liable for any allergic reactions or dietary restrictions not disclosed in writing prior to the event.

  3. Delivery & Setup:

    • All catering orders include setup and basic serving arrangements.

    • Additional services such as wait staff or specialized decor are subject to separate charges.

  4. Liability:

    • La Birizinca is not responsible for any loss or damage to property during the event.

    • The client is responsible for ensuring adequate facilities and utilities for catering services.

  5. Force Majeure:

    • La Birizinca is not liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Refund Policy

  1. Deposit Refunds:

    • Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where La Birizinca is unable to provide the agreed services.

  2. Order Cancellations:

    • Orders canceled within 14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

    • Orders canceled within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Service Issues:

    • If the provided service does not meet the agreed-upon standards, clients must notify La Birizinca within 24 hours of the event to resolve any disputes.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
